Job Description:
The position requires coordination and interaction with the top management. Reporting directly to the Head of CEO PMO, it requires the candidate to assist in managing daily activities of the CEO Project Management Office. Support in business transactions involving reports and updates to the CEO. Building and maintenance of database of extended management team. Contributing extensively for the monthly reviews with the MD and the CEO. Support of CEO –PMO functions (weekly activity reports, monthly reviews, calls and so on). The position requires flexibility, good written communication skills, an ability to think out of the box and the ability to learn-by-doing. High codes of conduct are expected from the applicant. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Management Reports to the top management for decision making
• Supporting the CEO by providing necessary reports for his communication
• Organizing monthly meetings and calls for the extended management group
• Communication and driving the Organizational objectives in the company
• Updating the CEO with the daily, weekly and monthly transactions
• Organizing sessions with external leaders/speakers on a monthly basis
• Providing monthly updates to MD
• Facilitating and participating in the monthly reviews involving MD, CEO and top management
• Supporting the CEO with all the presentations he might need in the external and internal sessions
• Collating information and preparing presentations for the Board of Directors meeting
